I keep asking myself with each new album that Mr. MoonJune, the incredible Leonardo Pavkovic, announces as another gem from Indonesia, if I really need it... ... and after listening into it, the answer always seems to be: Yes, of course, this is, well, another gem from Indonesia! OK, technically speaking, the core of this music has been recorded in Spain by an international outfit of top instrumentalists, led by Indonesian keyboard master Dwiki Dharmawan. This double album was another Black Friday hot deal. It has resided on my wishlist since its release, so it was high time to buy it. Here we've got two accomplished musicians and composers in a symbiosis, creating something real stunning, which doesn't fit readily into one of the established genres. Sylwia Białas' vocals are the icing on the cake, no matter if she sings scat, or her own lyrics in her native language, Polish - one of the world's most beautiful languages.
